YU has finally announced the specifications of their latest Android smartphone named 'Yutopia',which is claimed as the most powerful phone made in India. It feels as a premium handset with aircraft grade metal body and comes in a symmetrical design. It houses a Qualcomm's latest workhorse Snapdragon 810 SoC.

Display and OperatingSystem:
The Yutopia sports a 5.2 inch WQHD display with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 Pixels and is protected by Corning Concore Glass. It runs on Cyanogen 12.1 which is a customised version of Android Lollipop 5.1 and will be getting the Marshmallow update soon in the future.
Performance:
It houses a 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 Octa core processor with a clocking frequency of 2.0 GHz coupled with Adreno 430 Graphics. It comes with 32GB storage space and 4GB DDR4 RAM which is more than enough for running memory hungry apps and games. The storage space can be expanded upto 128GB using a memory card.
Camera:
Rear - The Yutopia sports a 21MP rear autofocus camera using the Sony Exmor RS IMX230 sensor and comes with OIS(optical image stabilisation), Dual LED flash. It can shoot 4K videos and slow motion HD videos at 120 FPS(frames per second).
Front - On the front is an 8MP selfie camera that lets you take stunning selfie pictures.
Battery:
The 3000mAh lithium ion battery will give you a talk time of upto 8 hours and standby time of 300 hours. Of the whole specs, this was the only disappointing thing. The power hungry display drains the battery faster than the normal smartphones. Anyway, the mobile comes with a Quick charge feature, which charges the phone from 0-60% in 30 minutes.
It comes with a fingerprint scanner embedded on the rear side of the body for additional security.
Also has a superb DTS audio feature 'Sonic Boom' and Yu is also giving the users the little bird by house of Marley earphones free with the box. The connectivity options include USB 2.0, 3.5mm jack, WIFI, Bluetooth 4.1, 4G/3G/2G, GPS and DTS sound.
Finally, the handset is 7.2mm thin and weighs 160 grams with the battery. It supports dual SIMs(micro(4G)+nano(4G)).
